Description:
The subject of the public contract is the printing, completion and distribution of tax unpaid forms issued by the Ministry of Finance for the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance. The execution of forms must comply with the requirements set out in Appendix No. 1 ZD - Mandatory nthe draft framework agreement (hereinafter referred to only as the "Binding Draft Framework Agreement"). Annex No. 1 of the Binding Draft Framework Agreement also contains an overview of 20 types of forms, including technical specifications. The implementation of the contract will fulfill the obligation of the contracting authority arising from § 72 paragraph 2 letter a) Act No. 280/2009 Coll., dof the Tax Code, as amended, and other legal regulations applied in the administration of taxes, i.e. to ensure unpaid tax forms for the purpose of properly determining taxes and securing their payment.
