Description:
The purpose of this public contract is to ensure the proper functioning of the contracting authority's printing equipment, ie printers, multifunctional printers and scanners (together only "equipment"), whose repairs are not provided in other contracting authorities.This is the subject of post -warranty service.(hereinafter referred to as "Annex No. 1"), or repair the equipment and parts in this Annex 1. Within the post -warranty service of the equipment, the supplier is obliged to remove the equipment defects in the relevant place of performance by replacing defective spare parts for new ones.
B)correctness of service request, delivery of the necessary spare part, execution of replacement and checking the functionality of the repaired equipment, carried out with the contact person of the contracting authority specified in the relevant service request.
c) All spare parts must meet the requirements referred to in Article III.
