(nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of consumables: papers, forms, envelopes, printing including paper, printing of postal orders type A pink from the submitted data files, with 8 inch whitelengthways, i.e. A4 format, equipped with the barcode CODE 39 and envelopes with a window, delivery of envelopes, completion of shipments, insertion of the addressed document sheet into a white paper envelope with a window and its closure, sorting and bundling of envelopes, forwarding services - mass submission of completed shipments in the form of an address book lsecure shipments. Delivery of addressed letters to home mailboxes. The contract is about 92,500 items per year. The documents for printing postal orders will be sent in electronic form in the form of data files - TXT format from the VERA fee registration software. See contractor for detailsi documentation.
