- The subject of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive project management services for the preparation and implementation of constructions, including price consultations, professional technical assistance and control activities in connection with the implementation of the "PRIOR Prague 12" concession in the roles of:
Project manager,
Construction manager,
Technical dozor,
Pricing manager,
Operations manager,
Authorized person (statics and dynamics of buildings),
Specialist in technical equipment of buildings (TZB),
Specialist in electrical installations,
BIM specialist,
Legal specialist,
Tax advisor
and any other roles according to the current needs of the project;
and that's allduring the implementation of constructions that are carried out in connection with the above-mentioned concession and for a period of two subsequent years. The contract will be concluded with one bidder and all conditions will be agreed in the mandate contract. The remuneration for this service must be constructed as an hourly rate. Estimated yearthe average completion time is 80 hours per month
