• Description:
• The purpose of the public contract is to evaluate the activities of the regional centers for supporting investment in housing, whose outputs should contribute to the effectiveness of the fulfillment of the concept of regional centers of investment in housing investment. The aim of the evaluation is to evaluate the procedural settings, efficiency and the effects of regional activities Centers in municipalities, from the perspective of employees, clients and other stakeholders. The output of the evaluation will be the processing of the input message, two ongoing messages and the final report. The detailed description of the subject of the public contract is contained in Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
  Regional centers provide complex Consultation, information and educational services to municipalities and non -profit organizations. They are part of the National Renewal National Renewal Plan (hereinafter also "NPO"), falling under the component 2.10 - Reform of Affordable Housing, with planned duration until June 30, 2026. Regional centers are a key tool for support Development of available and energy sustainable rental housing in the Czech Republic between 2024 2026. The establishment of regional centers is based on the implementing decision of the Council of the European Union (Council Implementing Decision) and the description of the component 2.10 approved by the Government of the Czech Republic.
  Responsibility for project implementation It bears the State Investment Support Fund (hereinafter referred to as "SFPI"), while the Ministry for Regional Development (hereinafter also "MMR") is the owner of the components and has a control role in terms of meeting the requirements of the European Commission and NPO.
