• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation for planning permission, documentation for execution of construction and copyright supervision. The basis for the development of the subject of performance is an architectural study prepared by the company MAAUS, s.r.o., Gorkého 51/1, 602 00 Brno, ID: 09613111, VAT number: CZ09613111, Ing. arch. Miroslava Zadražilová, August 2025. The proposed kindergarten building is designed with a maximum capacity corresponding to 3 kindergarten classes school and 1 children's group. The contracting authority requires that as part of the processing of the documentation for implementation of construction, and especially during processing of an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions were individual construction objects divided so that only the 2nd grade of the kindergarten could be implemented separately. The contracting authority will thus be able to respond flexibly on the current demographic development, operational needs of the municipality and available financial resources at the given time of implementation. The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the supplier in accordance with generally binding legal regulations regulations. Specific requirements for the subject of performance are described in Draft Contract for Work (Part II Terms and Conditions).
