- The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation, which has the task of checking the infrastructure from the point of view of climate impact on the project of selected road sections II. class within the South Moravian Region, the reconstruction of which the customer intends to co-finance from the funds of the IROP 2021-2027, i.e. whether this infrastructure/project outputs are not vulnerable in terms of the potential long-term consequences of climate change and the level of greenhouse gas emissions that will arise during the projects and whether the infrastructure/project outputs are in line with the goal of climate neutrality by 2050, or whether u project with a planned lifetime longer than 2050, the compatibility of the project with operation, maintenance and eventual decommissioning under climate neutrality circumstances is ensured. Furthermore, the impact of the plan on adapting to climate change (adaptation) and the vulnerability of the plan to the impacts of change will be assessed climate and verified the compliance of the project with relevant national strategies in the field of climate protection.
