Description:
Processing and completing the energy audit of the Lipovská 125/12 area in Jeseník, which will include: - processing of the relevant technical calculations of buildings including the description of the existing state, - description , including the estimation of investment costs and their return on implementing austerity measures, - creating energy balance sheets, - defining the potential of savings and evaluation of the proposed austerity measures, selecting the optimal variant, - a proposal for parts or certain units of energy economy EPC method, - elaboration of the final report and final recommendation. The delivery of the optimal variant will include the processing of the necessary opinions and studies. The area on the street Lipovská 1225/12, Jeseník consists of a building with a usable area of 633.78m2A garage with a usable area of 103.52m2.
