- Preparation of two expert opinions (separately for each immovable object) in order to determine the usual price in the place and time and the price determined for the real estate:
1. Land plot no. 410/4, type of land: other area, method of use: barren land, method of protection: protected deposit areas, in c.u. New Role
2.Land plot no. 277/4, type of land: other area, method of use: other area, method of protection: protected deposit areas, protected areas for special interventions in the earth's crust, protected deposit areas in the c.u. Nova Ves u Křižovatka
The properties are kept in the real estate cadastre by the Cadastral Office for KarlOvar region, on title deed No. 60000
Addition to point 1. The land is located in the mining area Nova Role
Addition to point 2. A substantial part of the subject land is located in the mining areas Nova Ves u Křižovatka and Nova Ves u Křižovatka I ; the subject of the award will not be the construction of a communication systemis mined on the appraised land, as this communication is the property of the intended purchaser - the company LB MINERALS, s.r.o.. For the appraised land, the usual rent for 2023 will also be determined at the place and time.
Expert assessments will include real estate valuation, including itsparts (e.g. buildings, if they are not a separate thing, stands, etc.) and accessories (in the sense of the provisions of §§ 505 to 513 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code) as well as valuation of property rights, if they are tied to real estate.
The tenderer fills in the bid sheet, which is part of the Tender Documentace and attach the authorization for the performance of expert assessments, where the contracting authority assumes the performance by a person who is an expert in the field of economics, the sector of prices and estimates, specializing in the valuation of mineral deposits. All costs associated with the preparation of expert reports will be included in the tender sheetudű.
Expert opinions must be drawn up in accordance with the document "Specification of requirements for the processing of ZP"
We recommend the processing of expert opinions in accordance with int. by the regulation of the UZSVM "Procedures for valuation of state propertymicaly most advantageous according to the result of the evaluation of two (or more) offers (with the same values), the contracting authority will select the offer of the participant (contractor) who submitted an offer within the contract earlier. - Documents :
