• Description:
• The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for issuing a decision on the authorization of the project (DSP) and project documentation for construction (PCB) entitled "Bethel - U Zahradkam street - reconstruction of the building". It is a building No. 1309, K Zahradkam street, parcel number 3926/1, k.u.Mistek. The project documentation will be addressed:  Improved conditions of clients of the dormitory and low -threshold day center. It is necessary to create conditions for min. 34 beds of dormitory and min. 25 places of low -threshold daily center + 4 employees by changing the layout of the building,  a new roof structure(due to poor condition according to the assessment),  replacement of windows, modernization of heating, restoring the necessary hygienic background for clients and employees of the center,  new showers for clients, new toilets, storage space, room for employees,  new connection of the building to sewage and water supplyThe series (Water and Sewage Water Documentation will be provided after the contract is concluded),  rainwater management, the attic treatment,  new internal water distribution, sewerage,  the layout of the electrical installation and the proposal of a complete solution of the low -current,  interior equipment inStandard for this purpose.
