Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract with one supplier for the processing of project documentation for the construction of a new bridge building ev. No. 453-020, performance of engineering activities and activity coordinator of safety and health at work on the construction site and supervision of the designer for the construction of the building Flood Skoda on road II/453 Heřmanovice -Město Albrechtice - Most Ev. No. 453-020 Burned-CRR 142176 ". Project documentation for the reconstruction of the bridge of ev. No. 453-020 will be processed in a variant solution-see Annex 2 The design of the terms and conditions. 4). According to the bridge leaf is the original bridge ev. No. 453-020 from 1979 and according to the extraordinary bridge tours processed by Ing. Martin Mynařik in 09/2024, due to a natural disaster (flood in September 2024), leakage thus eliminating the cover layer of the concrete and corroding the exposed reinforcement. The wing on the right side is Undermlet and degrades concrete. Performance period: - focus, surveys and related work will be carried out within a maximum of 60 days from the date of entry into force of the contract. - DPZ will be processed within a maximum of 400 days from the date of entry into force of the contract. - DPS will be processed within a maximum of 60 days from the date of entry into force a decision to authorize the intention. Part of the subject of performance of the public contract is also engineering activities on this event to the extent of ensuring all discussions, surveys, statements of state administration bodies necessary for territorial and related proceedings. The subject of the public contract is further to ensure property rights Preparations for issuing a zoning decision. The content of the subject of performance is the delivery of a complete agreed project documentation (PD) including all relevant permits and decisions.
