• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is to provide services of project activities, engineering activities, as well as the performance of author's supervision in connection with the construction of a new football stadium in Benešov:
  a) documentation for building permit (hereinafter referred to as "DSP"). preparationThe intention and securing of all necessary binding opinions/statements/consents to the concerned authorities and network administrators and ensuring a building permit within the meaning of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "STZ")Proof of documents on negotiations with state administration bodies, opinions, consents, or decisions of the affected state administration bodies prescribed by special legal regulations and the incorporation of comments and decisions in DSP; b) Documentation for the construction (hereinafter referred to as "DPS") incl. a list of work, supplies and services(the statement of the area and budget) so that this PCB is also eligible to be part of the tender documentation for the public work contract, ie. In order to be processed in accordance with generally binding legal regulations (including the prohibition of providing specific products or manufacturers in the PCB, unless they domet the conditions pursuant to Section 89 (5) or (6) of the Public Procurement Act) regulating public procurement on the date of handover of the processed project documentation for the construction of the contracting authority; This performance also includes the settlement of possible requests for its explanation or other parts related to it;
  DPS will be processedAs a digital model of building by the BIM method, ie.
