The subject of the public contract is to draw up project documentation in the DSP and PCB level for the construction of a new aftercare building in Rehos Nejdek and subsequently ensuring the performance of author's supervision Construction.
In the annexes of the tender documentation, which are the volume study of the new subsequent care building in Rehos Nejdek and the binding pattern of the contract.
In particular, the subject of the Public Procurement is:
a) project documentation that will include these parts:
A.DOPERING DETAILED ARCHITECTICAL Studies including the necessary surveys,
b.documentation for building permission,
c.documentation for building construction,
(b) provision of engineering services in order to obtain a building permit;
c) Author's supervision for construction (assumption max. 100 hours - charged by reality).
