Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for building permit and documentation for the construction of the construction and the performance of author's supervision in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act. The project documentation will be processed in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. Construction and attachments of the tender documentation. The list of works, prepared according to Decree. No. 169/2016 Coll., on the determination of the scope of documentation of the public contract for construction work and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a bill of basis. The list of work will be elaborated in the price system URS with the price of current As of the day of completion of the work. The list of works will be processed in an automated budgeting system and will be handed over in award -winning and unapproved form. The work includes the processing of the OHS plan, the energy performance of buildings, as well as the provision of cooperation in preparation and during the subsequent tender proceedings to the supplier of construction.
