- This is a small-scale public contract for services, the subject of which is the processing of documentation for planning permission and documentation for commissioning/implementation of construction to the extent of the Construction Act and the Act on the Awarding of Public Contracts and their implementing regulations for the construction of "NPK, a.s., Litomyšlská hospital, park improvements - forest park". Part of the performance is also the provision of all the necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary to obtain planning permission. Fulfillment also includes engineering work, in particular discussion with by the concerned authorities and participants in the proceedings and the submission of an application for planning permission. The subject of the contract is also the performance of the designer's supervision activities pursuant to § 161, paragraph 2 of the Construction Act, over the compliance of the completed building with the verified project documentation by the project contractor documentation.
