Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation for planning permission and documentation for the commissioning/implementation of construction in the scope of the Public Procurement Act and the Act on the Awarding of Public Procurement and their implementing regulations for the construction of "NPK, a.s., Litomyšlská nemocnice, park improvements - forest park". Part of the performance is also the provision of all necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary to obtain planning permission. The performance also includes engineering activities, in particular discussions with the relevant authorities and participants in the proceedings and submission application for planning permission. The subject of the contract is also the performance of supervision activities of the designer under the Construction Act over the compliance of the completed building with the verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation.
