- The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation for planning permission and documentation for the assignment/implementation of construction for the building "NPK, a.s., Pardubická hospital, CUP, connecting corridor 3" in the scope of the Building Act and its implementing decrees and in the scope documentation for awarding/implementation of construction in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and its implementing regulations. Part of the performance of the public contract is also the provision of the necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary for obtaining planning permission, as well as engineering activity including, in particular, discussions with the relevant authorities and participants in the proceedings, where the result must be uncontradictory positive opinions on the project documentation. The subject of the contract is also the performance of the designer's supervision activities in accordance with the Building Act over compliance constructed buildings with verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation.
