- The subject is the processing of project documentation for the construction of the "Veská Children's Center, extension of the bed evacuation lift, EPS and PBŘ" in the stages of documentation for planning permission and for the assignment/implementation of the construction in the scope of the Building Act and its implementing regulations decrees and to the extent of the documentation for the awarding/implementation of the construction according to the Act on the Awarding of Public Contracts and its implementing regulations. Part of the performance of the public contract is also the provision of the necessary surveys, assessments, studies and measurements necessary for obtaining a permit of the plan and also engineering activities including, in particular, discussions with the concerned authorities and participants in the proceedings, when the result must be uncontradictory positive opinions on the project documentation. The subject of the contract is also the performance of the designer's supervision activities according to the construction law of the Act on the compliance of the completed building with the verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation.
