• Processing of project documentation for the reconstruction of the Neratovice Indoor Swimming Pool The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation at the DSP and DPS level for the reconstruction and modernization of the indoor swimming pool in Neratovice. Project documentation will address in particular: (a) complete reconstruction of the roof covering of the building, (b) the design of the new ventilation system (VZT) including its expansion for the planned sauna world, (c) construction modifications related to changes in the internal spatial arrangement of the building, (d) design and project sauna operation including technology, energy requirements, operational solutions, technology solutions related to the operation of the sauna world (e.g. heating, air conditioning, electrical installation, measurement and regulation), (e) insulation of the building including replacement of windows. including removal of any other significant thermal bridges, (f) proposal for other building modifications related to the new operation of the building (kitchen, entrance system, etc.), (g) solutions for all related professions (statics, building environment technology, electrical, fire bezpečnost staveb, energetika apod.), (h) interior project documentation including equipment The project documentation must be processed in such a way as to allow the phasing of the implementation of the reconstruction, if the technical solution allows it. Možná etapizace projektu bude popsána v Construction organization plan, which will be an integral part of the developed project documentation.
