Description:
The subject of the assignment is to draw up the project documentation for the new road building according to the approved PD at the DUR level, including the design of the tunnel building in the corridor of the plan of the D43 and D43/1 South Bohemian Region. The subject of the contract is to draw up project documentation for building permit (DSP) pursuant to Annex 1 to Decree No. 227/2024 Coll., On the extent and content of project documentation of transport infrastructure constructions (hereinafter "Decree No. 227/2024SB.") Including security audit for assessing the processed documentation by independent company (Audit team) Roads, processed by the Transport Research Center for the Ministry of Transport in accordance with the EU Directive 2008/96/EC in 2012; elaboration of project documentation for construction (PDPS) according to Annex 2 Decree No. 227/2024 Coll. and the performance of the function "Coordinator of the safety of work" according to law no. 309/2006 Coll. Section 14 (2) and Section 18 (1) in the preparation of the construction, including the processing of the relevant documentation; Ensuring the necessary geodetic works and all surveys and providing property preparation, building permits and other decisions, permission, binding opinions, opinions and statements Conditional implementation of the construction for the construction "relocation of road II/157, a bypass of log cabins".
