The subject of the performance of this public contract is to develop a strategic analysis of traffic measures with a link to the completion of the northeast bypass of the city of Pardubice-for the period 2026-2035 (hereinafter referred to as "Samdop"). This is the preparation, professional assessment, discussion and defending Samdop as a conceptual document that On the one hand, it brings modern traffic-urban solutions and, on the other hand, strengthens elements of road safety in the urban area. The aim of the document is to create an instrument that responds to the implementation of the northeastern bypass of the city of Pardubice (hereinafter referred to as "SVO") and in relation to this building optimizes traffic The network of the city from a capacity point of view and proposes traffic-urban measures aimed at supporting sustainable transport modes as well as the non-right streets of the streets. Optimization of the city's transport network includes, among other things, a suitable distribution of traffic load, which is now concentrated in the (wider) city center and which It is possible to transfer to SVO. The design of traffic-urban measures is to bring traffic calm in the city and strengthen the residential function of public space (street, square, waterfront, parks, etc.), especially in the context of the expected change of driver behavior after the completion of the road is completed I/36 (SVO), which should be put into trial operation within 12/2025.
