• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the addition and modification by the contracting authority of the used personnel and payroll information system software called VEMA, its manufacturer is the company Seyfor, a. s., IO 01572377, with registered office Drobnho 555/49, Ponava, 602 00 Brno, to which the applicant supplied the VEMA software, namely the VEMA application with the name of the Employer's Uniform Mass Mask (according to the VEMA application only). The subject of this order is the daily VEMA application, including the provision of authorization to perform the first use of the VEMA application (provided license or sub-license) in the scope of 880 pieces of processed personal data (permanent license) and in the scope of the contractor's flexible licenses, which are available to him in the maximum range of 200 multiple licenses in the course of each year, i.e. a total of a maximum of 200 licenses, including services associated with their updates and the provision of service support. Presumably the value of this public order determined by the procedure according to 16 et seq. Act on the award of public contracts in 250,000 K without VAT. The expected value of the fulfillment of all public contracts, which together with this public contract form a functional unit, in the sense of 18 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Act on Public Procurement zakzek 3,320,090 K without DPH.
