- The subject of the public contract is the contractor's obligation to deliver chip modules to the manufacture of chip cards with a profile for the first certification authority, as, and its customers: Starcos 3.7 EIDAS C1 chip modules for encapsulation according to the technical specifications contained in Annex 1 1 of this Agreement, in the following configuration with the initialization table created through a specific profile.
