• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the conclusion of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement will be concluded with two participants in the selection process who, after the evaluation, are ranked first or second. In the event that only one tender is submitted within the tender procedure, which will fulfill all qualification prerequisites or other conditions stipulated in the procurement documentation, the Framework Agreement will be concluded with only one supplier. Individual public contracts (partial performance) will be awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in a procedure without renewal of the competition between participants in the Framework Agreement. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of the framework conditions relating to public contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded Framework Agreement for the duration of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "partial public contracts"). Detailed rules for fulfillment from the Framework agreements and the submission of partial orders are specified in more detail in the draft Framework Agreement, which is part of the procurement documentation. Within individual projects, the production of graphic materials for investment projects and DTP work will be commissioned according to the customer's needs, it mostly involves the preparation of print data for the production of stickers, banners, billboards and advertising tarpaulins of various sizes, always specified for the building in question and the exact location.
