- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the detailed processing of the project documentation for planning permission and for the construction (hereinafter referred to as PDPZ/PDPS) of the building, in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act") and its implementing decrees, further according to the Directive of the Ministry of Transport for the documentation of road constructions approved under ID No. MD-23142/2022-930/2, dated 07/12/2022, with effect from 08/01/2022, to the extent of Decree No. 227/2024 Coll. of 19/06/2024, in force wording and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. of 12/05/2016, as amended. The subject will be the processing of 3 separate project documents for the following bridge objects: 1) Modernization of the bridge ID no. 209 9 - 7 Sokolov 2) Modernization of the bridge ID no. 221 29 - 5 Sadov 3) Modernization of the bridge, ID no. 198 29 - 3 Mrázov Bridge design
