• The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for the issuance of planning permission (PDSP), including the provision of valid planning permission (construction), project documentation for construction execution (PDPS), including engineering activities and copyright supervision, and ensuring the performance of the Health and Safety Coordinator function in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., § 14 Article 2) and § 18 Article 1) in the construction preparation phase by processing relevant documentation in accordance with the tender conditions, to the extent of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act (hereinafter Building Act) and its implementing decrees and to the extent of the documentation for the commissioning/implementation of construction according to Act No. 134/2016 on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter also "ZZVZ"), its implementing regulations. The subject of the assignment is the development of a project documentation for the action BUILDING ADJUSTMENTS COMMUNICATION UL. BEZDĕKOVSKÁ, STRAKONICE. This is an existing communication, which is currently unsatisfactory due to its layout and technical condition. The area under consideration is located in a built-up area in the southern part of the city of Strakonice. This is an urban space, a street serving as a link between the city center and the railway station. Most of the buildings are residential, in the central part there is a polyclinic and a COOP grocery store, on the ground floor of some buildings there are other shops and establishments. In the "square" with the statue F. L. Čelakovského continues with the area of ​​the school's forecourt. On the basis of the specification of the scope of the area being addressed, a survey of the state of the area being addressed was conducted in 2024.
