• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for the implementation of the construction, the performance of engineering activities, the supervision of the designer and the health and safety coordinator in the preparation of constructions - the reconstruction of existing buildings, with the aim of reducing their energy demand and for the implementation of some other works. The public contract is divided into 6 parts. More detailed information is provided in the tender documentation. Part 6 - Our world, contributory organization The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for the implementation of construction, the performance of engineering activities, the supervision of the designer and the health and safety coordinator. This part public procurement includes in particular the processing of the proposal for insulation of the perimeter shell, replacement of hole fillings, insulation of the roof, insulation of the ceiling, measurement and regulation, shading elements, replacement of LED lighting, rainwater - irrigation, installation of a heat pump, installation of FVE with battery storage, technological connecting the PV plant with the heat pump and other measures that are specified in Annex No. 2 of the draft contract. Estimated approximate investment costs of the building CZK 14,290,570 including VAT. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in the business terms and technical specification for the 6th public part orders, which form Annex No. 1.6 and 2.6 of the procurement documentation.
