Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the development of project documentation for a joint permit within the framework of joint zoning and construction management, procurement documentation and the provision of related activities for the investment event "Veseli nad Moravou - Vnorovy Navigation Circuit".
Subject of the performance of public contractsky is mainly:
i) Evaluation of the documents submitted by the client;
ii) Pre-project preparation (geodetic surveying);
iii) Preparation of joint documentation for the issuance of a joint permit incl. BIM model;
iv) Ensuring a joint permit;
v) Preparation of parts of the tender documentation (customer requirements, documentce for construction implementation, control budget, list of construction works, supplies and services with measurement statement, technical conditions, construction control book) incl. BIM model;
vi) Execution of the marking of the basic marking points of the building
vii) Performance of the author's supervision of the designer
