• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the creation of project documentation for the building at all required stages, in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (especially Act No. 152/2023 Coll.), and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, in the following scope: a) Construction permit documentation - Processed for the purpose of assessing the plan, submitting an application for a construction permit and obtaining a decision from the relevant building authority. The documentation will be prepared to the extent specified annexes No. 1 to 7 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., and will be divided according to individual building and partial buildings. b) Documentation for building construction (DPS) - processed within the scope of Annexes No. 8 and subsequent Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. This the documentation is intended at the same time as a basis for awarding a public contract to a construction contractor as well as for the construction itself. It must contain all technical drawings, priced and blind measurement statements, lists of works, implementation details and other requirements, which will enable both a clear assessment of construction works within the framework of a public contract and the proper execution of construction on the construction site. The documentation must not contain trade names or references to specific products. Part of the performance is also the provision of all related engineering activities, i.e. ensuring all statements of the relevant state administration bodies incl. securing a building permit and approval decision. Evidence of the energy efficiency of the building, calculation of artificial and daylight lighting, fire assessment, statics and geodetic survey for construction approval.
