• Description:
• The subject of the performance of a small-scale public contract is the development of project documentation for the complete reconstruction of the M13 bridge over the Bartošovický potok in the following scope: Project documentation for the issuance of a building permit and construction implementation, in the scope of: a. securing and survey of all land affected by construction and existing engineering networks, incl. opinions of their owners, operators or administrators, land owners and their inclusion in the PD (draft technical solution); b. project documentation for building permits a implementation of the building, including the budget and the measurement statement meeting the requirements according to the relevant legal regulations - promulgation No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings, Annex No. 12, as amended; c. documentary part, i.e. opinions and statements of the authorities concerned state administrations and local governments, expressions of network administrators and processing of consents of land owners and neighboring land owners, and their incorporation into the project; d. itemized construction budget, blind construction budget and measurement statement according to Decree No. 230/2012 Coll., for contractor selection; The contracting authority has at its disposal a report from the main inspection of the bridge, which took place in 2024 and is an integral attachment of the tender documentation, due to the date of preparation, the condition of the bridge may not correspond to the established condition. Developed project documentation will be handed over with the issued building permit and with the clause of acquisition of legal force. The project documentation will be secured by the bidder in the entire scope of the tender documentation. CPV subject: Bridge design
