- The subject of performance of the public contract is the processing of a volume study and the subsequent design of the construction of a new kindergarten in Chrudim, including links to the surroundings.
The supplier draws up a volume study in three variants for a new kindergarten and two variants for transport connection. Subsequently listed variantsThe Supplier will present at the Production Committee at the Submissiler's headquarters and communicates the advantages and disadvantages of individual variants of the solution. The negotiations will be decided which of the variants will be elaborated into the design of the construction, or whether the fourth variant will be processed first, based on requirements and comments arising fromthis manufacturing committee. The design of the construction will be carried out all surveys for proper design of the proposal, as well as a qualified estimate of investment and operating costs. The materials and the technologies used will be designed with regard to the economy and ecology of operation and in accordance with Act No. 406/2000 Coll. OEnergy management, as amended. From the perspective of economics and ecology, the possibilities of rainwater management, electricity production at the site of the construction, such as solar systems, recuperation, the possibility of using heat pumps or existing hot pipeline connections and moreausterity measures for reducing operating costs, according to the processed calculation of the energy balance.Design ... - Documents:
