- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The purpose of the procurement procedure is the complete provision of the general designer for the implementation of design activities for the processing of project documentation for the implementation of reconstructions, modernizations and building modifications jindividual clinics, incl. of operational technical and administrative premises at various levels of management, performance of engineering activities carried out on the basis of authorization and power of attorney, preparation of itemized budget, including its valuation, technical assistance and cooperation of the designer during the selection procedure for the implementation ofavby, the performance of the author's supervision of the designer on the completed constructions, cooperation after the completion of the construction and other related activities according to the requirements of the client, for a fixed period of 36 months or until the amount of CZK 3.4 million excluding VAT is used up, while the subject of performance will be implemented continuously, according to needsthe contracting authority, based on individual orders referred to the contract.
