- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the insurance of:
- immovable and movable property of the Principal, including glass insurance;
- interruption of the Principal's operations;
- general liability of the Principal for compensation of damage, including damage caused by a defect in the product;
as well as other insurance related to these types of insurance.
Detaily description of the subject of the public contract and all other substantive conditions relating to the scope and content of the required performance, including the required insurance amounts and limits for individual types of insurance, as well as all requirements of the Contracting Authority for the relevant type of insurance, are specified in the Insurance Specificationit, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, and in the Inspection Report for Insurers Fire and other Natural Risks, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Risk Report").
