• 1st part of VZ: Property and liability insurance for contributory organizations v oblasti sociálních věcí MHMP“ 2nd part of the VZ: Property and liability insurance for contributory organizations in the field of healthcare MHMP The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision services consisting of property and liability insurance for contributory organizations in the field of social affairs of the MHMP and property and liability insurance for contributory organizations in the field of healthcare of the MHMP. Předmět pojištění bude zajištěn by concluding insurance contracts for a fixed period for each part of the public contract separately. The central contracting authority will be in the position of the policyholder during the performance of the public procurement contract, the insured under the contract will be the authorizing contracting authorities - subsidized organizations in the area of social affairs MHMP and Authorizing contracting authorities - contributory organizations in the field of healthcare MHMP. The subject of the performance of the public contract is not the services of an insurance broker. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into two parts, namely: 1.část - Pojištění property and liability for damage for contribution organizations in the field of social affairs MHMP, Part 2 - Insurance of property and liability for damage for contributory organizations in the field of healthcare MHMP.
