- The subject of performance of the awarded public contract is to provide services consisting of insurance.
The contracting authority pursuant to Section 101 of the ZZVZ divided the public contract into 2 parts, namely:
(a) Insurance of assets and liability for damage or other harm,
(b) Liability insurance for damage caused by vehicle operation and emergency insurance vehicles.
The subject of this part of the public contract is in particular the insurance of immovable and movable assets and liability insurance for damage or other harm from operational activities.
The subject of this part of the public contract is in particular liability insurance for the damage caused by the operation of the vehicle (MTPL) and emergency Vehicle insurance.
