Description:
The subject of the tendering procedure is the selection of the supplier for the implementation of the public contract for the services "Software for real estate data management of the Statutory City of Zlin".
The subject of performance of the public contract is a sophisticated tool for management and management of assets in one place (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), which allows primarily:
-register and describe all objects, parts and equipment in terms of construction and technical, including adjacent areas on the premises, network infrastructure and other accessories
-Space location of monitored objects and devices, their graphical presentation in a clear map -all with links to the cadastre real estate
-State in one place with all available documentation for each object and equipment (project documentation, contracts, revisions, energy audits, PENB, photo documentation, etc.),
In the available format and quality
-Evidid and enter data in terms of factual and financial, plan and guard Dates of inspections, investments, repairs and revisions of buildings, parts and equipment
-Remove reports and generate reports over all data as needed for different levels of management -administrators and technicians, main energy, leaders, directors, city officials.
