- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter also VZMR) is the purchase of property - commercial wood products for VU 1825, further specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery of the goods will be carried out by the selected supplier as a whole in accordance with the conditions set out in the contract, the proposal of which is an integral partof the tender conditions. By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with the general terms and conditions of the Ministry of Defense (published in the current version on the contracting authority's profile) and that he accepts the terms of reference. The procedure for submitting bids is determined by the operating rules of the electronic tool.
