Description:
Continuous service of technical means (hereinafter referred to as "TP") of the comprehensive system of technical guarding of buildings (hereinafter referred to as "TSO") of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter referred to as "MO"), which are in the jurisdiction of the MO within the meaning of Section 2 (1) and (6) of Act No. 219/1999 Coll. about the armed forces of the Czech Republic, as amended and Act No. 219/2000 Coll. on the property of the Czech Republic and its appearance in legal relations, as amended, ensuring the protection of classified information pursuant to Act No. 412/2005 Coll., On the protection of classified information and on security fitness, in The wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 412/2005 Coll."), in the form of a continuous service.
