Description: The subject of this contract is to ensure coaching of selected employees in order to develop them in line with the organization's objectives and the objectives of the personality development of individual employees according to the competence model. The purpose of the coaching is to encourage the search for individual solutions and human development in the chosen area. Coach together with coached looks for solutions and their relationship is primarily built on trust and ethical approach. Coaching employees will primarily divide within 3 target groups: - Chief Executive Director / Director - Officer, which also holds the head of the project / program team in the horizontal organizational structure - a series officer of the coaching time unit will be a 60-minute block, coaching will be individual (after 1 person ), if necessary, group with a preliminary definition of the topic and coaching goals.
