• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the provision of a remote health service (hereinafter also the "service") through an online communication platform that will enable the operators of the medical operations center of the Medical Emergency Services hl. city ​​of Prague (further also "ZZS HMP") to transfer the caller from the emergency line 155 to a professional telemedicine consultation in indicated cases. The service will ensure that in cases where the caller's problems are not acute and the departure of the medical emergency service crew is not indicated (hereinafter also "ZZS"), after the initial evaluation, the caller could be connected to a remote health care provider, who would take them under their care, carry out a professional consultation and, if necessary, ensure further steps (e.g. issuance of an e-prescription or referral to a personal examination). Remote health services are services provided outside a medical facility through remote access, using information and telecommunication technologies or a medical device, the purpose of which is to assess and setting an individual treatment procedure, or proposing its change or addition, and other consultations supporting the patient's decision-making regarding the provision of health services carried out by another health service provider or health worker, chosen by the patient.
