- The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a contract with one supplier, the subject of which will be the provision of operation, support and maintenance services (including possible development) of the SAP and OpenText systems, as well as the provision of related ad hoc services. toearly hiring of labor support of reliable operation, maintenance and development of SAP and OpenText system. These activities will allow the contracting authority to use the expertise and guarantees provided by the selected supplier. At the same time, the contracting authority plans to ensure the effective operation of the legislatively maintained system with msupport and maintenance services through the manufacturer's certified partners.
