• Description:
• (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the Public Contract is to ensure the provision of the services of the head of the project team for the "Vltava Philharmonic" project, which mainly consist in setting the strategy of the organization, ongoing organization, coocoordination and control and management and control of the project in its preparation and implementation phase in the following areas (i) management and control of the project so that the assignment, plan and procedure of the project are respected, both in the area of ​​preparation and implementation of the construction of the Vltava Philharmonic, and in the area of ​​preparation and the realization of her proving; (ii) project management in relation to and responsibility towards the investor, the Capital City of Prague; (iii) management and control of the project so that the project assignment in the area of ​​the construction program is observed; (iv) management and control of the project in such a way that the assignment of the project in the field of its operations and finances is observedh and user requirements and relationships; (v) management and control of the project so that its time, financial and operational economic parameters are observed; (vi) preparation of the operator's organizational structure; (vii) preparation of the operating model; (viii) preparation of a financing model for the construction and operation of the Vltava Filhaharmony; (ix) leading and giving instructions and (or) consulting to project team workers and selected suppliers; (x) communication with the main and other participants and users in the field of financing, preparation, implementation and operation (state, capital Prague, users, donors) ;(xi) management and control of marmarketing and PR support of the project; (xi) communication with the investor, users, stakeholders and the public.
  The subject of the Public Contract is to ensure the provision of the services of the project team leader for the "Vltava Philharmonic" project, which mainly consist in setting the organization's strategy, ongoing organization, coordination and control and management and control of the project in its preparation and implementation phase.
