• Description:
• The subject of the public contract for Part 1 is the provision of complete engineering-investor and at the same time legal-economic and professional consulting services for the contracting authority. These services include, in particular, defining or updating the client's strategy, namely through evaluation of the current state of his business, identification of future opportunities, formulation of strategic goals, preparation of their implementation and support during the implementation itself. The scope of the contract also includes support for the contracting authority during procurement railway rolling stock, including the determination of a negotiation strategy, the design of an LCC/TCO model and support in its creation, the preparation and facilitation of negotiations with suppliers, as well as the conduct of an internal dialogue aimed at optimizing the procurement documentation within ongoing procedures, including support in the selection of suppliers and the subsequent fulfillment of any public contracts. The subject of the public contract for Part 2 is support in the integration and optimization of services within the contracting party's group, aimed at effective and the economic functioning of the entire group, as well as consultancy in the formulation of the ČD 2030 Energy Concept and support in the implementation of the resulting changes according to the approved transformation plan.
