- The client (hereinafter also "ZZS HMP") is a provider of emergency medical services for the territory of the capital city of Prague. Considering that it is necessary to respond to the increased number of primary events, the contracting authority decided after the approval of its founder, in accordance with the provisions of § 14 of Act No. 374/2011 Coll., onmedical rescue service, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "medical rescue service law"), to ensure the activity of outing groups in the territory of the capital city of Prague on the basis of a contract with health service providers who are authorized to provide urgent patient transporteče (hereinafter "PPNP") in the territory of the capital city of Prague.
