• projects - in particular the development of the BusinessInfo.cz portal for the purpose of analyzing traffic and improving its quality and content optimization, designing internal or external surveys, planning marketing activities and campaigns of the state-funded organization - the Czech Agency for Business Support/CzechTrade (hereinafter referred to as"contractor").
  
  Specification of the subject of the contract:
  The provider will provide CzechTrade with the services listed below related to the provision of analytical and consulting services within the framework of the development of web and online projects - in particular the development of the BusinessInfo.cz portal for the purpose of analyzing traffic and its qualityediting and optimizing content, designing internal or external surveys, planning.
  Within the development and operation of the entire project, it is necessary to provide the services listed below related to the development support of the BusinessInfo.cz portal in the following areas:
  - Processing of reports and statistical analysis in additionactivities and related proposals for greater effectiveness of the content of the portal and website of the contracting authority with subsequent evaluation of the data found and a proposal for improvement or plan for further development of the CzechTrade portal/website or online services. Working with Google Analytics and an alternative tool for mmeasuring attendance according to the requirements of the Client.
  - Analytical activity leading to the optimization of content creation costs, especially with regard to traffic and information needs of portal visitors (SMEs, entrepreneurs with export potential, but also the lay public). Subsequent analysis and evaluation of successof the given content on the portal.
  - Content optimization proposals to increase organic traffic (SEO) based on requirements or quantitative and qualitative methods of research and statistics, especially with regard to the information needs of users of the BusinessInfo.cz portal and CzechTrade websites.
  - Processing anddesigning surveys for users of the portal or websites both using their own tool and in cooperation with research agencies as needed.
  - Participating in the redesign and management of the content of the portal and its parts using CMS (editorial/publication system), incl. processing controls in terms of optimization for vyhledavače.
  - Ensuring internal marketing and visual activities in connection with the strengthening and identification of the CzechTrade brand within the client's web projects.
  - Ensuring the coordination of the production of audiovisual reports (provided by another supplier), possibly. separate audiovisual acquisitionof the record with the technical means of the contracting authority in case of extraordinary need.
  - Consultation in the development of new CzechTrade websites and applications, support of the internal team on a daily basis.
  - Ensuring selected marketing activities of the portal, especially online marketing communication to support visitscapabilities and knowledge of the brand in the Czech Internet environment, as well as ensuring offline communication associated with the operation of the portal and ensuring media awareness of the BusinessInfo.cz brand within the framework of so-called media partnerships as an integral part of normal marketing communication.
  - Management of profiles on social networksand developing a communication strategy within social networks on the Internet.
  - Developing a network of portal partners in the field of media, or other types of cooperation. Proposals and assessment of the expansion of the functionalities (functional modules) of the portal according to the needs of users, supervision of the technical processing of the content of the portal (thesion and control of technical aspects of editorial work and translations) and quality control of the work of content suppliers and SW solutions.
  
  The assumption of the scope of work can be between 30-38 hours per week (or approx. 160 hours/month) depending on the needs of the client within the entire scope of the contract covering all requestsother and related activities and we assume min. 1 person who would deal with the subject of the contract.
