- The subject of the VZ is the provision of catering services (medical nutrition) for the client's patients, employees and other boarders (dietary food and regular meals), in accordance with applicable legislation and quality standards, including the provision of all works and services connected with the catering operation. Service specification, i.e. more detailed requirements, conditions and time schedule of fulfillment, requirements for all-day patient meals, and meals for employees and other boarders, the method of ordering meals and the delivery of meals, are defined in the ZD and its annexes. The contract for the provision of services will be concluded for a period of 48 months with mopossibility of extension for another 12 months when using the option.
