Description:
The subject of the public order is cleaning work in the buildings Jeronymova 1 and Kněžska 19.
Premises:
Offices including equipment
Corridors
Courtyards
Entrance areas including gatehouse
Staircases including handrails
Social facilities including toilets for the public
Elevators (cabins including doors)
Balconies
Kitchens
Cleaning archiand meeting rooms
Cleaning of windows, doors and glass surfaces
Cleaning of sidewalks
Other cleaning work according to the customer's request
Part of the provided cleaning services is also the delivery of the necessary consumables (cleaning agents for floors, furniture, windows, toilet blocks, toilet gel, plastic strash cans), which is included in the cleaning price. This consumable will always be replaced with a new one after the end of its functionality.
Furthermore, the public procurement is subject to the supply of paper towels, toilet paper, foam soap and sanitary bags, the specification and quantity of which islisted in Appendix No. 1. The stated quantity is only informative for the purposes of the price offer. The customer is not obliged to take the stated quantity. The amount of material taken depends on its consumption during the duration of the contract.
The supplier will also ensure the replacement and delivery of equipment as part of the performance of the orderof items (toilet paper dispensers, etc.) Technical specifications and numbers of required supplies see Appendix No. 1. Replacement will take place no later than 3 months from the effective date of the contract.
