• Description:
• The subject of the awarded public contract is the provision of the electronic sealing service and related qualified services in the form of a SaaS service, i.e. operated entirely on the supplier's infrastructure, using a certified HSM (Hardware Security Module) the supplier's equipment, located at the supplier's premises and managed by a qualified provider of this service. The service includes issuing qualified electronic time stamps. Part of it is ensuring compliance with legislation (eIDAS 2.0, Act on Cyber security, critical infrastructure law), security measures, management of cryptographic means and ensuring guaranteed service availability for the City Hall of the City of Prague, city districts and organizations established by the city. Fulfillment includes in particular: 1. Providing a qualified electronic sealing service in SaaS mode •Delivery of an electronic sealing service in the supplier's environment. •Ensuring high service availability, 24/7 operation including monitoring and incident detection. • Provision of service through a secure API to integrate with IP MHMP. 2. Cryptographic services and key management in the supplier's environment • Ensuring qualified sealing in accordance with eIDAS 2.0. •Generation, management and storage of private keys in the HSM operated by the supplier, including records and audit records. •Certificate lifecycle management (issuance, rotation, automatic renewal). • Ensuring the availability of logs of key generation and cryptographic operations. 3.
