• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of labor agency services in the provision of temporarily assigned employees for the National Institute of Culture (hereinafter referred to as the "contractor"). The contractor will provide the client with the performance of the works requested by him through a temporary means of the contractor's own assigned employees (hereinafter also referred to as "DPZ"), in the form of temporary assignment to perform work in accordance with § 307a) et seq. Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Labor Code"). when the DPZ will be at the contractor is employed on the basis of an employment contract or an agreement on work activities, but he will perform the work for the client, within the scope and according to the conditions defined in the Framework Agreement, which is Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter also "ZD").
