Description:
The subject of this contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result (savings in operating costs related to the use of energy - hereinafter referred to as services) for buildings owned by the city of Olomouc.
As part of the contract, the service provider will finalize a proposal for energy-saving measures. Realizationation of energy-saving measures in the sense of this contract includes the following actions
delivery and installation of the designed energy-saving measures on a turnkey basis,
energy management (services including permanent monitoring and evaluation of the energy savings achieved) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including control of the installedequipment,
provision of a guarantee for the achievement of expected savings,
monitoring and evaluation of the results achieved during the duration of the contractual relationship.
